We have the following tips for you so that you can be perfectly convincing:
Writing a successful application is no magic trick. We have a few short tips and tricks for you so that you can prepare and present yourself optimally.
Your application documents
In order to make a good first impression and ensure a quick application process, we need the following documents from you: an informative letter of motivation, a CV containing the most important information about you and the relevant certificates. We are particularly interested in your university transcripts or a current overview of your grades, as well as your most recent employer references / internship certificates.
Make sure that all data is correct, complete, clean and tidy.
In your own words, bluntly and honestly, you describe to us why you are the right applicant for our job offer.
In the letter, you should show us to what extent your skills and previous work history match our requirements, as well as give us concrete examples of projects you have completed or knowledge you have acquired.
It is important that the letter of motivation – as the name suggests – reflects your motivation and your personality and not just your CV.
Work neatly and tidily, read through your letter several times or have it proofread. Sign your letter of motivation, make sure it is dated and addressed correctly and that you have the right contact person, and you are on the safe side.
The curriculum vitae
Ideally, your CV should be no more than two pages long and should list your most important educational and work experience. This gives us an important overview of your career. The most important thing here is practical experience, languages, software skills, soft skills and hobbies.
The structure of your CV is also crucial, start with your current / most recent job and then go into the past in chronological order.
Prepare well for the interview with us! Inform yourself comprehensively about DHC and its business areas and why you fit in with us. In the interview, you have to introduce yourself, explain your CV and answer questions from our HR department.
