Internal Onboarding

You will learn more about the DHC Consulting Group so that you have a good basic understanding of our company, products and services. Afterwards, we will introduce you to our DHC system landscape, so that you are well acquainted with it and a secure handling of our internal systems is guaranteed. In addition to presenting our current projects, we will also introduce you to our sister company, DHC Business Solutions, and other company add-ons.

Professional Onboarding

First of all, we will explain to you the DHC Consulting Group. This will give you a clear view and understanding of our everyday consulting work. With the DHC knowledge management and the DHC method, we will then explain our consulting portfolio to you and you will get to know the DHC approach in the projects. Furthermore, you will receive important training in the SAP areas, especially in solutions for the life sciences, quality management with SAP and the SAP Solution Manager. By the end of the technical onboarding, you will have a good knowledge of the requirements of our core industries and know how things work here.

External trainings

External impulses are important for your training and development. During onboarding, we offer you valuable impulses from renowned educational institutions, such as Concept Heidelberg or SAP. With this complete package, you are optimally prepared for your entry into the project world.
